The Judgement Free Zone for Your Soul
Where Culture Is: We live in a world obsessed with the "external." From curated social media feeds to high-pressure gym cultures, we are told that our value is found in how we look and how much we can "do." We are constantly "working out," yet our souls feel out of shape.
Where the Church Is: Following our deep dive into the Benefit of Doubt, we know that faith isn't always about having all the answers—it’s about moving forward even when we’re unsure. But the church isn't meant to be a museum for our questions; it’s meant to be a training ground for our calling.
Where We Are Going: It’s time to move from "thinking" to "training." Kingdom Fitness is for the Gen Z student looking for authentic purpose, the Millenial or GenX parent/grandparent trying to survive and even for the Senior looking to finish their race strong. We are trading "Church-timidation" for a Judgement Free Zone where grace is the baseline and growth is the goal.
Whether you are spiritually "ripped" or haven't stepped foot in a church in years, you have a place here. Grab your favorite hoodie, leave the spiritual ego at the door, and let’s get to work. There are lost people that need the Gospel!
Not everyone can do everything, but everybody can do something!
Just don't do nothing!!!! Faith is a muscle. Let’s build it together.

The Benefit of Doubt
Trusting When it Doesn't Make Sense: What do you do when you pray, but the answer is "no" or "not yet"? It is easy to trust God when life is good, but real faith is forged in the struggle. We will look at the Old Testament prophet Habakkuk, whose name literally means "to wrestle and to embrace". Learn how to move from wondering to trusting, and how to worship God even when life doesn't make sense.
The Benefit of Doubt
God Can Handle Your Doubt: Have you ever felt like you were sinking? In Matthew 14, Peter stepped out in faith but quickly found himself drowning in fear. Jesus didn't scold him; He immediately reached out His hand. This week, we are tackling the topic of "deconstruction"—the process of examining what we believe, letting go of what isn't true, and building on what is. If you are rebuilding your faith, come find out why God isn't intimidated by your questions.
The Benefit of Doubt
Doubt is Not the Enemy: We often start the New Year with high hopes, but what do you do when you have spiritual questions and no easy answers? It’s easy to feel like you have to hide your doubts to fit in at church. But looking at the disciple Thomas, we see that Jesus didn't reject the doubter—He drew him closer. Join us as we discover why doubt isn't the enemy of faith, but often a pathway to a deeper relationship with God.
The Promised King - A King Who Serves
Summary: The world's kings demand to be served. The Promised King came to serve. In our final Sunday of Advent (10:30 AM), we look at the ultimate purpose of His coming. The manger points to the cross, showing us a King whose greatness is found in His love and sacrifice. This is the heart of the "upside-down" kingdom.
The Promised King - A King for the Outcast
Summary: Who got the first invitation to see the newborn King? It wasn't the powerful or the religious elite—it was a group of shepherds. This Sunday at 10:30 AM, we explore the radical inclusivity of the Christmas story and discover good news: this King came for everyone, especially those who feel overlooked.
The Promised King - A King of Peace
Summary: Our world is filled with anxiety, division, and conflict. The Promised King offers a different way. He isn't a warrior king who wins by force; He is the "Prince of Peace." This Sunday at 10:30 AM, we discover the disruptive, counter-cultural peace that only He can offer.
The Promised King - A King of Humility
Summary: We kick off our Advent series at 10:30 AM by looking at the most radical part of the Christmas story. The world expected a king who would seize power, but Jesus gave it up. This Sunday, we explore how the humility of the manger is the antidote to a world obsessed with ego, status, and performance.
